Item Florence P. Kendall Biography(2015) Behles, Richard J.Florence Peterson and Henry Otis Kendall were instrumental Physical Therapists and professors in Baltimore. They both taught at the University of Maryland and established the Maryland Chapter of the American Physiotherapy Association.
