The 2022-2026 UMB Strategic Plan was created by representatives from across the University and involved individual schools and offices creating measurable goals that aligned with the Strategic Plan. The themes were Accountability and Integration of Core Values; Student Growth and Success; University Culture, Engagement, and Belonging; Innovation and Reimagination; Community Partnership and Collaboration; and Global Engagement and Education.
