Description
In this letter from James Carroll to his wife Jennie Carroll sent from Las Animas Hospital in Havana, Cuba, where he is stationed for the United States Yellow Fever Commission, Carroll informs her that he is still awaiting new patients and that the weather in camp is quite warm and that it has been raining. He tells her that he will return with absolute certainty by the first of next month (November).
