Description
In this letter from Walter Reed to James Carroll, Reed congratulates Carroll on successfully completing the task he was assigned. Reed believes the results of the tests show the etiology of yellow fever. Reed also confirms that the cable that Carroll sent to General Steinberg was received and that they can now submit a contribution on the etiology of yellow fever. Reed wants to move quickly to present their findings and hopes to deflate the research being done at the Yellow Fever Institute.
Included is a transcript of the letter.
