Based on a forthcoming co-edited book, research findings are presented from recent national survey projects as well as from case studies of integration from around the world. Also discussed are the implications for the prevention and treatment of alcohol and substance abuse and mental health issues when these kinds of workplace programs are integrated. Finally, these findings are put in the context of a new conceptual model for understanding the business value of EAPs.en-USEAPEmployee assistance programsWork-Life BalancePsychological Well-BeingWorkplace EnvironmentIntegration of EAP, Work/Life and Wellness: Implications for Substance Abuse and Mental HealthPoster/PresentationNo
