Abstract
This article examines the role of Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) in addressing organizational burnout through proactive, data-informed, and preventative strategies. It argues that EAP practitioners can serve as strategic partners in promoting workplace wellness by analyzing organizational trends, supporting managerial training, facilitating dialogue between employees and management, and advocating for policies that reduce workplace stress and burnout.
