This presentation offered to the Chesapeake and DC EAPA Chapters, examines the role of Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) in addressing supervisor-employee workplace conflicts. It explores issues such as power imbalances, workplace climate, employee and supervisor conduct, consultation strategies, and organizational resources available to support resolution. The presentation emphasizes objective assessment, collaborative problem-solving, and the development of appropriate interventions to promote healthy workplace relationships and organizational well-being.
