These are slides from a Keynote Presentation at the EAP Summit in Istanbul in May 2025. This is a presentation by two professionals from Latin America and presents data from their use of the Workplace Outcome Suite in their extensive practice in South America. This tool ( WOS) measures EAP effectiveness in three key areas: It helps evaluate effectiveness and improves employee well-being, justifies the investment by showing cost savings and productivity gains, and identifies strengths and weaknesses in the EAP to improve Program design.

The WOS was developed by Chestnut Global Partners in 2010 to evaluate EAP counseling effectiveness (Lennox, Sharar, Schmitz, et al., 2010) and has been endorsed by the Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA). TELUS Health published the latest global summary report on WOS measures in 2024.
