This presentation introduces “The AI Nurse Academy,” an end-to-end system that leverages artificial intelligence to create, manage, and deliver comprehensive nursing curricula with minimal human intervention. By integrating multiple AI tools into a robust Learning Management System (LMS), the Academy automates course content creation, visual designs, video lectures, quizzes, and even the issuance of custom certificates. First, we’ll explore how generative AI platforms can produce lesson visuals—tailored diagrams and illustrations, for example—on demand. Next, we’ll examine how text-to-video solutions can rapidly transform written scripts into engaging lecture videos, complete with virtual presenters. This automated content is seamlessly uploaded into an LMS that handles scheduling, student enrollment, and real-time learner progress tracking. With AI-driven quiz generation, each student receives a unique question set aligned to clearly defined objectives, maintaining academic integrity and preventing repetitive testing. Upon successful completion, the system instantly issues personalized certificates—again, with no manual oversight required.
