This volume is the annual catalog for the academic year 1898/1899. The catalog contains the list of faculty, board of directors, and matriculates for the school. It also contains descriptions of the courses, the academic calendar for the year, and information on admission requirements. The Maryland Medical College of Baltimore was a competitor of the University of Maryland School of Medicine; it did not merge with the school when it closed.
