In the evolving landscape of healthcare, integrating artificial intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies is transforming nursing practice and patient care. This presentation examines the innovative deployment of Artisight's Virtual Nursing and AI-Driven Telesitter solutions across seven acute-care hospitals within the WellSpan Health system. By utilizing AI-driven monitoring and communication tools, we have made significant impacts on patient safety, workflow efficiency, and resource allocation. This innovative project has successfully reduced bedside nurse workload, sitter hours, and RN turnover, while providing a scalable model for remote patient monitoring and support.
