The Alma Mater is the publication of the Alumni Association of the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, Dental School University of Maryland beginning with Vol. 1, No. 1 in March 1959. Bound volume contains Vol. 1, No. 1, March 1959 to Vol. 5, No. 1, November 1963. Missing from the bound volume is Vol. 3, No. 2. Beginning with Volume 5, The Alma Mater begins publishing once a year in November. Edited by Kyrle B. Preis until Vol. 4, No. 2 when Joseph H. Seipp, Jr. began editing.
