Description
Bill Wilkerson lived to be 82 years old. For most of his career in business he was an advocate for better workplace mental health and addiction support for employees. A Canadian pioneer in communication, collaboration, and a true public champion for workplace mental health, Bill served in many important and highly visible roles, and was a tireless presenter and persuader, traveling throughout Canada, the US, and Europe. He was known for blending his knowledge of business with the scientific and economic issues facing employers and working populations due to behavioral health conditions. He also publicly discussed the recovery process for his own depression and transformed his lived experience into an inspiration for others. A two-page article with three color photographs.
