Abstract
The process of evolution is often seen as a slow, methodical transformation. Note also this progression can be accelerated by significant events, such as the recent COVID Pandemic. EA professionals have observed that many work organizations, including their own, are still undergoing transformation. According to the World Economic Forum, the impact of the Pandemic and other recent technological advances have substantially altered the business landscape. Employers are reconsidering and redesigning their operations to better prepare for the future trends, which includes integrating physical and virtual environments. Increased investments in infrastructure, upgraded workflows and policies, and hybrid workforces are occurring.
