However, managing these teams and building strong relationships between partners is challenging. This talk presents frameworks and tools for using the science of teams to inform your approach to building and managing effective research collaborations. Principles and tools will be introduced and analyzed in interactive case discussions.

ICTR Enrichment Series: Cardiac MR Evaluation of Myocarditis in Student Athletes after COVID-19 infection: A multi-institution experienceSince the onset of the COVID pandemic, there was growing concern that competitive athletes may be at risk for sudden cardiac death (SCD) during training and competition after exposure to COVID-19. Members of University of Maryland College Park and University of Maryland School of Medicine are part of a multi-institution effort to evaluate the prevalence of myocarditis among student athletes and determine the utility of different screening strategies, particularly the use of cardiac MRI.
