Neurobiology for the EA Professional: The Science & Art of Therapeutic Change
    See at
    https://youtu.be/TppVS_lKAZk
    Description
This practical training assists EA professionals in their understanding of how faulty circuits in the brain are involved in commonly-treated disorders such as addiction, PTSD, ADHD, ASPD, OCD, and depression. From this understanding, the EA professional can better grasp how wellness, psychotherapy, and pharmacotherapy aid in brain change secondary to neuroplasticity. Neuroplasticity is the key to neurobiological change. Emphasis is placed on understanding commonly-treated disorders such as OCD and PTSD. New discoveries in right hemisphere affective neurobiology reveal how the helping person can help mend developmental relational (attachment) problems. From these understandings, the participant can better appreciate how the therapeutic relationship assists in the recovery of those they serve. This is an exciting preview of new understanding of the human process of positive change.
