    Description
Successful organizations understand the link between employee well-being and organizational performance. In both good economic times and bad, these organizations are poised to respond to challenges and benefit from emerging opportunities. Using APA's Psychologically Healthy Workplace model as a framework for examining the key characteristics of a healthy, high-performing organization, Dr. Ballard discusses strategies for success in the economic recovery and offers real-world examples from award-winning companies. The future of work has arrived! This presentation showcases how EA professionals can help create a work environment where both employees and the organization can thrive.
