The second file includes several captioned photos of Auxiliary members and events. Caption 1 (handwritten): "Mrs. Peter Rasmussen '77-78 Pres. Auxiliary/UofMd. Hosp. and on right: Mrs. John A. Herold Retiring Treasurer. Auxiliary purchased painting of Davadge [sic] Hall By John Stidman." Caption 2: "Dr. Leonard Scherlis, chief of cardiology at the University of Maryland Hospital, discussed the prevention of heart attack at the most recent meeting of the UMH Auxiliary." Caption 3: "Members of the Auxiliary of University of Maryland Hospital, Inc. recently participated in a cardiopulmonary resuscitation course given by UMH's staff development department.
