The 4th annual conference concentrated on George Armstrong Custer’s psychological issues which led him to make the fateful decision to engage in battle at the Little Big Horn. Included are a medical history and a psychological profile based upon the results of self-administered psychological tests and descriptions of his behavior throughout his life.
