...As informaticians map clinical and nursing terms they are identifying concepts that are needed but not available, duplicated, or incorrect within the SNOMED CT hierarchy. Many individuals have contributed to building, defining, and constantly expanding the conceptual framework of the clinical and nursing content of SNOMED CT.
