dc.description.abstractThis paper presents the findings of a demonstration Evening and Weekend treatment program for alcoholism conducted as part of the Employee Assistance Program for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Forty-five persons initially entered the program. Process and outcome data based on supervisory ratings and treatment outcomes indicate such programs can be successful for alcoholism and also cost effective.en_US
