    Abstract
EAPs and related behavioral health services are increasingly becoming part of the employee benefits package being offered outside the United States and Canada to both local hires (indigenous workers) and expatriates...This article will address three central areas that brokers need to be aware of when evaluating and recommending the delivery of an EAP in an international context. Indeed, this knowledge can further promote the broker as an advocate for ensuring that the most competent, valuable, and beneficial service offerings are being provided to employer clients and their employees.
