dc.description.abstractThis paper explores Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) in Managed Behavioral Healthcare (MBH). The essential components of an EAP and an MBH will be described and the two systems will be compared. In addition, the paper includes several conceptual models and examples of integrated systems in organizations. A bibliography highlights some of the major sources citing integration of EAPs and MBHs. The author's predictions for the future conclude the discussion.en_US
