Susan H. Hadary DVD Collection Finding AidThis finding aid describes the Susan H. Hadary DVD Collection, which contains 50 DVDs of documentaries produced by Hadary. The documentaries tend to focus on medical topics such as the health and care of older people or those with disabilities, trauma medicine, mental health issues, and addiction. Other documentaries focus on youth in West Baltimore. The documentaries were produced for the University of Maryland School of Medicine, the Discovery Channel, Maryland Public Television, and HBO. The collection includes several documentaries which were nominated for Emmy and Academy Awards as well as winners of both prestigious prizes including King Gimp, Grace, and Departing Rosewood.
