The BIG Initiative, which stands for the Brief Intervention Group Initiative, aims to support and add new tools to the way Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) and other workplace health and safety programs throughout North America screen and treat workers who drink in ways that increase their risk of physical and emotional health problems, disease, injury, work and social problems.
