Abstract
Peer support programs are becoming ubiquitous. Existing EAP’s can increase their effectiveness by incorporating internal peer approach to embed themselves in any company culture and increase EAP usage, have an “inside” source of information about the company that can help streamline EAP response and will help any EAP better understand the culture of companies they are working with.Description
