| dc.description.abstract | This finding aid describes the Dr. Abraham N. Kaplan Papers. Dr. Abraham Nathan Kaplan was a general practitioner from Brooklyn, New York. The Abraham Nathan Kaplan Papers contain class notes from his time at the University of Maryland School of Medicine (UMSOM) dating from 1929 to 1931, biographical information dating from 1929 to 1997, and patient medical records dating from 1979 to 1985. The class notes cover Physiology, Preventative Medicine, Mental Hygiene, Clinical Medicine, Psychiatry, as well as Ear, Nose and Throat courses. The medical records are restricted. | en_US |
