These can be along the dimensions of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, age, physical abilities, religious beliefs, political beliefs, or other ideologies. This presentation addresses the following issues: definition of diversity: difference between race & ethnicity; definition of a minority group; how to build cultural competency; increase awareness of bias & stereotypes and how to build an inclusive work environment.	en_US
