AbstractContaining costs is a huge priority for healthcare leaders. Yet one of the wisest investments you can make is in the well being of your physicians. Let’s be clear. While “wellness” refers to the physical health of clinicians, “well being” is how they feel about medicine, the work they do, their professional progress, their finances, their home life and much more.
