dc.description	News release announcing the Champions of Excellence honor to Angela Hall, MBA, director of the University of Maryland, Baltimore’s (UMB) Office of Parking and Transportation Services (PTS). Hall was instrumental in keeping PTS up and running when COVID-19 moved most of the UMB Campus to mandatory telework. Hall issued students parking refunds, helped determine which garages to close, and managed parking contracts.	en_US
