Article describes DNP Nurse Anesthesia Class of 2022 students secretly delivering a cake, party hats, and drinks to beloved teacher, Dr. Richard Conley Jr.'s house and surprise him before the last lecture of the semester.

Description

The COVID-19 crisis created many challenges, but it also inspired acts of amazing kindness among members of our UMB community. The Elm's On the Bright Side series uncovers and shares these stories.
Dr. Richard Conley Jr. is a beloved faculty member in the School of Nursing. His students showed their appreciation by sending gifts to his house in honor of him receiving a Doctor of Nursing Practice.
