This presentation was given at the 2019 International Employee Assistance Professionals (EAPA) Conference held in St. Louis, MO (September 2019). Presented by Nancy Board, MSW, Co-Founder and COO of Global Women 4 Wellbeing, this presentation includes important statistics and other research on best practices to support women in the labor force. The presentation is geared to help EAP professionals understand the challenges and the gaps with working women, including how healthcare, care-giving, financial wellbeing and pay inequities impacts women’s mental wellbeing and ability to lead well.
