Publicity on Auxiliary activities and events in 1979. Includes articles announcing a talk by Mr. Leonard Press, a health education day, the Auxiliary Flea Market, the Bargain Bazaar, the Auxiliary's Fall Luncheon, and a list of 1979-80 Auxiliary officers. Also includes a flyer advertising the Bargain Bazaar and requesting donations. Contains two photographs with captions. Caption 1 (hand-dated March 1979): "With the help of hospital employees and campus staff, the UMH Auxiliary raised over $1,200 at this recent flea market held in the Psych Gym. Proceeds will be used to fund renovations to the Hospital's main lobby and patient waiting rooms." Caption 2: "Hospital Director G. Bruce McFadden was one of the first customers of the Hospital Auxiliary's new gift shop. Mrs. Bessie Glick assisted him in the purchase of a UMAB tie, only one of many new gift and clothing items carried by the shop."
