Description
This AHA Mental Health White Paper dives into detail about mental health challenges in relation to workplace programs. Developed for the AHA CEO Roundtable with experts, including the EA Archive’s Dr. Jodi Frey, Associate Professor, University of Maryland, Baltimore, the paper outline options for successful prevention- and treatment-related outcomes. The paper also presents findings from a large-scale, nationwide survey about mental health support in the workplace. The importance of prevention methods to increase return on investment for employers is emphasized.
