Description
The Employee Assistance Society of North America ( EASNA) is an international non-profit educational and resource society of individuals dedicated to the advancement or employee assistance concepts which promote individual employee health, wellness and productivity by reducing the impact of chemical dependency and other personal problems.
This document is the formal articles of incorporation for EASNA which was filed by George Watkins and others in the State of Michigan in July, 1984.
