Description
First edition of The Mirror subsequent to the merger of the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery with the University of Maryland Dental Department. In the years 1923 through 1931, inclusive, the dental students were included in Terra Mariae, the year book of the University. In 1932 The Mirror was revived as a separate publication. Photographs of faculty and students. Dedicated to J. Ben Robinson, D.D.S., F.A.C.D., Dean, with photograph. Includes photograph of the new expanded school building [1929]. Engravings of Albert C. Ritchie, Governor of Maryland, Raymond Allen Pearson, President of the University, and J. Ben Robinson, Dean of the School of Dentistry. Photographs of Katharine Toomey, Executive Secretary; and of Dr. Edward Hoffmeister, 1870-1931, with accompanying obituary. Local advertisements.
