Description
This report examines all cases that received Temporary Cash Assistance (TCA) in Maryland for at least one month during SFY 2020 by two cohorts: (1) pre-pandemic cohort—families who began receiving TCA between July 2019 and March 2020; and (2) pandemic cohort—families who began receiving TCA between April and June 2020.
