Threats of violence in the workplace are high-stakes issues for EA professionals. This take-and-use presentation provides a combined psychological, legal, and other multidisciplinary perspective on EA's role in managing threat of violence with corporate managers. How can EAPs bring true value without crossing into indefensible, high-consequence territory?
