Description
This brief provides a profile of all adult recipients who were new to the TCA program in three cohorts: (1) economic recovery (2011 to 2014); (2) pre-pandemic (July 2019 to March 2020); and (3) pandemic (April to June 2020). In addition, we followed new recipients from the economic recovery cohort over time to develop an understanding of their TCA experiences.
