Mounted on matboard with a hand-inscribed annotation on the verso which reads "18th Century French engraving." A caption which reads "Se. Appoline Vierge et Martyre" appears beneath the main image. Depicts Saint Apollonia holding dental forceps with an extracted tooth in her right hand and a martyr's palm in her left hand. Original piece measures 10 X 7 cm.
