Volume contains catalogs from the 1880/1881 through 1899/1900 annual sessions; Included are descriptions of the teaching facilities, clinics, the City Hospital, fees, graduation requirements, and lists of faculty members and recent graduates; Also included are descriptions, accompanied by sketches, of the Maryland Lying-In Asylum ("for indigent women of this City and State"), Bay View Asylum/Hospital, and the "Annex" to the Baltimore City Hospital "... the first hospital which has ever been erected in the State of Maryland exclusively for the colored race" (1893/94 catalog); The 1897/98 catalog has a "Circular of Information" page describing the Pasteur Department of the Baltimore City Hospital, "... for the preventive treatment of hydrophobia according to the Pasteur method"; The 1892/93 and 1893/94 catalogs have photographs of the chemical laboratory, physiological laboratory, and the amphitheatre; The latter catalog also has a photograph of the dissecting rooms; The 1883/84 catalog includes the text of the Valedictory Address (March 1, 1883) delivered by Richard Gundry, M.D.; The 1884/85 catalog includes the text of an Introductory Address by Prof. John S. Lynch, M.D.; The 1885/86 catalog includes an Introductory Lecture by Prof. A. B. Arnold, M.D.
