While virtually everyone has been affected in some way, shape, or form by the coronavirus pandemic, diverse employees have been especially hard hit. Part I of this series identifies these workers and discusses their challenges and stressors, especially considering COVID-19. Part II explores approaches EAPs can use to foster more sensitivity and advocacy for the workplace needs of diverse-identified employees.
