S.J. Roberts attended the College of Physicians and Surgeons, Baltimore from 1908 to 1912. He graduated in 1912. This volume includes typewritten lecture notes from course on: Obstetrics, Therapeutics, Dietetics, Pediatrics, Surgery, Physical Diagnosis, Diseases of the Nose and Throat, Medical Diagnosis, Gynecology, Gastroenterology, Genito Urinary Surgery, Diseases of the Eye, Diseases of the Ear, Dermatology, Diseases of the Blood, and Diseases of the Kidney.
Part 1, Obstetrics Lecture Notes has misnumbering occurring after page 38. The next page is numbered page 29 but should be page 39. Page 30 should be page 40; after that numbering is corrected with page 41. Part 1 also includes hand drawn figures tipped into the volume. Part 6b is not numbered as a separate part from Physical Diagnosis Lecture Notes but it has a new heading. Part 10 has a loose note slipped in the volume.
