Description
Origin and date entirely unknown. Depicts Saint Apollonia standing full length holding dental forceps with an extracted tooth in her left hand and a platter containing several extracted teeth in her right hand. The name "Sancta Apollonia V. M." is inscribed directly beneath the main image. Mounted on matboard. Original piece measures 23 X 16 cm.
