Introduction: Healthcare providers may face with significant mental health challenges, particularly in the context of workplace violence and epidemic outbreaks. To address these issues, a Psychological First Aid SOP was developed; this plan seeks to support healthcare providers in navigating their mental health challenges effectively. Project Overview: Employing behavior change theories, the plan collaborates closely with hospital staff to devise a structured SOP for debriefing on traumatic events utilizing a comprehensive approach. Discussion: REACH prioritizes staff well-being in promoting resilience and quality care delivery, while leveraging existing resources with the REACH protocol serving as a cornerstone for effective intervention. REACH presents a proactive response to the mental health challenges faced by healthcare providers. By prioritizing staff well-being, this plan not only elevates the quality of care but also fosters resilience within the healthcare community.
