Description
Program of the meeting sponsored by the Fondation Mérieux held in Veyrier-du-lac, France, December 5-7, 2016. The primary goal was to discuss various aspects of the Full Public Health Value (FPHV) of vaccines. Selected topics for discourse include: 1) the definition of FPHV; 2) a review of examples of the FPHV of existing vaccines; 3) to propose measures and outcomes for assessing the FPHV of vaccines in phase III trials; and, 4) strategize on how to communicate the FPHV of vaccines to regulatory and program policy makers
