Description
This is a portion of the 1969-1970 Annual Report of President Wilson Elkins, University of Maryland, describing the restructuring of the University of Maryland and its leadership on the four campuses that were in operation at that time. This represented the creation of a four-chancellor system, with separate heads to oversee the campuses of Baltimore City and Baltimore County combined ; College Park ; Eastern Shore ; and University College.
