Abstract
Review of the trends in adding artificial intelligence and technological tools to support employees concerning workplace mental health issues. Employee assistance programs (EAP) and the new marketplace of techno therapy live- and machine-based tools are discussed and compared. Key issues are described to help employers and benefit plan sponsors when considering which tools to use and promote for improving the mental health of the workforce.
