At its June 22, 2006 session, the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE) acted “To reaffirm accreditation and to commend the institution (University of Maryland, Baltimore) for the quality of the self-study report and process. The Periodic Review Report is due June 1, 2011. The final report of the accreditation team visit (April 23-26, 2006) stated that “the conclusion of the evaluation team is that the University of Maryland, Baltimore fully meets the accreditation standards of the Middle States Commission on Higher Education. The team has made a few suggestions to the university, and has no recommendations to submit to the Commission.”
