Description
The AFA requested assistance from CSAP and RTI to develop a short screening instrument that would allow flight attendants to identify problematic prescription, illicit, or over-the-counter drug use. To generate occupation-specific items, AFA and FADAP asked carrier representatives to submit and review questionnaire items they deemed indicative of problematic drug use for flight attendants.
